NOTE - Custom-made bracelets are available to purchase. Please contact us for additional information (Contact Us page). If resizing is needed, please contact us PRIOR to us shipping your product to ensure we are able to resize your bracelet as needed. There is no charge for re-sizing, however, it may extend the delivery window by 1-2 days.

Wrist Size Chart:
Small - 6.5 inches
Medium - 7.0 inches
Large - 7.5 to 8.0 inches

Child Size - 3.0 to 4.0 inches (note: Not safe for children under 6 yrs old)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

There is a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after product has been invoiced on your item to request a return. This includes all merchandise. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If there is a defect in the merchandise, please let us know so we may exchange it for a replacement. Please provide us with your name and order number to locate your original purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you are due a refund, we will refund you for the original purchase. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
