How long does it take for an order to arrive?

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and will take between 3-7 days to arrive after orders are processed and confirmed. Packages under 1lb are shipped via First Class Mail and packages over 1lb will be shipped Priority Mail. The estimated delivery timeline is normally 4-5 days, however, it can be longer depending on the destination.  

What is the Cost for Shipping?

Free shipping is included for orders $35 or more within the Continental US. Shipping rates will be calculated during the order process. Packages under 1lb are estimated to be around $4.50 or less. 

Order and Shipping Notifications with Tracking:

An order acknowledgement is generated and sent to you, once an order has been confirmed in the system. When the order ships, a second notification will be sent, along with the shipment tracking details. All information is sent via email.

There is a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after product has been invoiced on your item to request a return. This includes all merchandise. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If there is a defect in the merchandise, please let us know so we may exchange it for a replacement. Please provide us with your name and order number to locate your original purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Your satisfaction is important to us.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you are due a refund, we will refund you for the original purchase. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
